Turning old into new. Perhaps your cabins are showing their age or you want your installation to shine in new splendor. After an in-depth assessment and the appropriate quotation, we coordinate all further action with you. The work is staged so that ropeway operations can continue with little or no interruption. At our plant in Olten, your cabin is stripped down to its basic structure. This is then followed by a visual and technical upgrade to state of the art. The result is virtually a new cabin that will continue to provide you with optimal service for decades to come.
If a fault or damage occurs, it has to be resolved quickly. Following initial clarification, we send you the required spare parts and one of our service engineers. Your goal is our goal: The cabin should be ready to go back into service as soon as possible in order to ensure the efficient operation of your installation. That’s why we attach great importance to the competence and further training of our service engineers and office staff.
Your cabin doesn’t have an expiration date. Because we have the appropriate spare parts for every vehicle we deliver. Ideally, you will have a spare parts package in your stockroom which is tailored to your installation. If not, you can rely on our professional support and a fast delivery. What’s important is that the affected cabin goes back into service as soon as possible. As well as spare parts, we also offer maintenance and cleaning articles, which you can use to keep your cabins in perfect condition.
You too can become a cabin specialist! To ensure the smooth operation of your installation for as long as possible, we show your operatives what to look out for in terms of operation, maintenance and care. This can be arranged on site following start-up, in conjunction with service visits or, on request, at CWA in Switzerland. We train your team in the areas of cabin operation, care, maintenance and inspection. On request, we can also offer you courses tailored to your specific needs.
